Swedish Body Massages

Traditional Swedish massage good for muscle tension and tightness. We charge in 15 min time slots, you chose how long you would like then during our consultation with you we can decide the areas where treatment is required. Can include G5 and audio sonic.

For example, you may choose 45 minutes of treatment time to focus on your back, neck, head and shoulders or 30 mins on your back and 15 mins elsewhere… the choice is yours. Sessions are up to 1 hour long.

Sanctum Spa Ritual Massage

This Aromatherapy Massage blends customised essential oil infusions with warm steam towels, heated stones and skilful therapeutic techniques to deliver the ultimate massage experience.

We blend in house 4 beautiful oils to offer results for how you feel that day, a consultation process will highlight the most beneficial oil for you This treatment draws from techniques to help balance both body and mind.

Sanctum Face and Body Spa Ritual

Sanctum Spa Ritual back massage and facial treatment with cleanse, exfoliate, mask, foot massage and scalp massage while mask is on and moisturise.

Pregnancy Bump Wrap & Massage

This use’s our lovely balm on the tummy , to improve elasticity and hydration, and helps reduce stretch marks, while the balm does its magic our therapist will massage the rest of the body, in a comfortable supportive position to accommodate you needs.

Upgrade the above with a mini facial for a total of £100,  upgrade again and add to the above, a shape and varnish on hands and full pedicure for £150.

Aromatherapy Pregnancy Massages

Aromatherapy pregnancy massage using blended oils, safe for pregnancy, we will massage back, legs, scalp and legs.

Bamboo Massage

Its a deep muscle stretching massage using bamboo poles to roll along muscle to stretch firmly without discomfort. The therapist will manipulate limbs into positions to better access hamstrings and quads for example, oil is applied and the poles are slowly glided along the muscle groups, we also use acupressure points during the massage using the bamboo. If you have tight muscles or prefer a slightly deeper massage this may be a good option, clients report feeling looser and relaxed after this massage.

Lymphatic Drainage on Legs, G5 and vacuum suction

Using G5 and vacuum suction, Detox oil and some manual massage this is great for those who have water retention or tired heavy legs.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient treatment performed on the feet and relates to the idea that there are meridian lines also known as energy lines, which run from head to toe. The treatment is performed by the therapist using their fingers and thumbs walking along a reflexology map on the feet. It works on an energetic level of ridding the body and mind of negative blockages along the meridian lines giving an all round sense of peace, renewed energy and relaxation. It is recommended for anyone, especially people with the following issues, bowel, sleep, stress and anxiety and it helps to promote and boost general wellbeing.

It is suitable during pregnancy after the first trimester and providing the pregnancy is low risk.
